The JMD EU4M Consortium has adopted a single admission procedure, which will be administered and managed through email.
The application process for the JMD EU4M consists of 2 steps:
- First, applicants will have to fill out the application form and submit it (together with the scanned copies of all the required documents) by sending an email to secre_uo@eu4m.eu within deadline.
- Afterwards, only the selected candidates will have to send in hard copies of all required attachments by post before the assigned deadline.
The documents (only *.PDF or *.JPG files) that applicants are asked to submit are listed below. When possible, name them using the indicated words at the beginning of the name of your file.
MANDATORY

- Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae in Europass format in English [CV-xxxxxx.pdf]
- Certified copy of University degree(s) diploma(s). Please note that an official translation into English is required if the original language is not one of the EU4M Consortium languages: Spanish, German or French. [DIPLOMA-xxxxxx.pdf]
- Legalized copy (and official English translation, if necessary) of the transcript of records. Please include as well an explanation of the grading system of the University that issued the degree. [GRADES-xxxxxx.pdf]
- Clear copy of passport/ID card. [ID-xxxxxx.pdf]
- Two recommendation letters. One of them should be from a member of the faculty from which you obtained (or soon will obtain) your diploma and who is familiar with your academic work. [REF1-xxxxxx.pdf and REF2-xxxxxx.pdf]
OPTIONAL
- Legalized copy of language certificates of English, French, German and/or Spanish. [LANG1-xxxxxx.pdf, LANG2-xxxxxx.pdf, ...]

Please note that the admission process is always started the year previous to the commencement of studies. Selection Process and Final Decision will be done the same year of the commencement of studies.
When filling out the application, please note that the itinerary chosen within the EU4M Programme MUST include a study period in two different Programme Countries (France, Germany or Spain) for at least one semester each. Some valid possibilities are:
- Year 1: HSKA, Germany 3rd Semester: ENSMM, France 4th Semester: ENSMM, France
- Year 1: UNIOVI, Spain 3rd Semester: NU, Egypt 4th Semester: HSKA, Germany
- Year 1: NU, Egypt 3rd Semester: UNIOVI, Spain 4th Semester: ENSMM, France
